This page discloses the terms of our text messaging program in accordance with A2P 10DLC, CTIA carrier guidelines, and platform advertising policies (including Meta / Facebook). Please read this disclosure carefully before providing your phone number.

1. Program Description

State 48 Roofing LLC (“State 48 Roofing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about our roofing services. When you opt in, you will receive SMS and/or MMS text messages from us.

2. Message Categories

Messages you may receive include:

• Lead follow-up: Replies and follow-ups related to quote requests, inspection requests, and other inquiries
• Appointment reminders: Confirmations, reminders, and schedule updates for inspections and service visits
• Quote updates: Information about your estimate, pricing, project timeline, and job status
• Review requests: Requests for feedback or a review after your service is complete
• Service and account notifications: Important information related to your project, invoice, warranty, or account

3. How You Opt In

You opt in to our text messaging program when you voluntarily submit your phone number to us in one of the following ways:

• Submitting a form on our website that includes SMS consent language
• Providing your phone number by phone, email, or in person and consenting to text communications
• Texting us first at our published phone number
• Signing a Service Agreement or estimate that includes SMS consent language

Sample Opt-In Language

The following language, or similar language, appears at the point of opt-in:

“By submitting, I agree to receive text messages and communications via text message from State 48 Roofing, as well as voice or phone calls from both their staff and/or AI voice agents. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.”

4. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Your consent to receive marketing text messages or automated calls is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. You can still do business with us without opting in to marketing text messages.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. For example, if you are in an active quote or project cycle, you may receive several messages per week. Outside of active projects, message frequency is lower. You will only receive messages related to the categories you opted into.

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for sending or receiving text messages, but your carrier may.

7. How to Opt Out

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

9. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Privacy of Your Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories listed above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We only use the phone numbers you provide to communicate with you about our services and to deliver the message categories listed in Section 2. Messages may be sent through our SMS service provider (CRMX), which processes messages on our behalf and is bound by confidentiality obligations.

11. AI Voice and Phone Calls

In addition to text messages, you may also receive voice or phone calls from State 48 Roofing, including from live staff and/or AI voice agents. These calls are used for lead follow-up, appointment scheduling and reminders, quote updates, and customer service. You may decline to speak with an AI voice agent at any time and request to speak with a live person. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance.

12. Call Recording Notice

Incoming and outgoing calls with State 48 Roofing may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, and record-keeping purposes. You will be notified at the beginning of a recorded call. If you do not wish to be recorded, please let the representative know and the call may be ended or handled by other means.

13. Changes to This Disclosure

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new Effective Date. Your continued participation in our text messaging program after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
